We have very limited stock. Our operation is on pre-order basis focusing mostly on customize order. However, under LIMITED EDITION type rug , the stock is available within our partners warehouse in either China, India, USA, Turkey, and Belgium.
We have tens of material sample of rugs and color box for selection. You may visit our office for consultation.
The general step is as follows:- 1. Browse our website www.cantikwall.com.2. Click on any product you are interested in.3. Select product attribute such as size (if any). 4. Then select number of quantity you want to purchase.Click ADD TO CART button.5. If you want to continue shopping just follow step 2 until 4 for subsequent products.6. Once you have finished put all the items you want to purchase in CART, click the CART icon at the top right of the website. 7. At the CART window, screen through the products that you have added to the CART. Edit if you want to make changes. 8. After complete previous step, click the CHECKOUT button.9. Now you are in CHECKOUT page. If you are first time user just register for your customer account by using either the FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM account by clicking the said social network icon on the CHECKOUT page. Add you delivery address and contact details. (Please ensure you fill in the form with accurate details to avoid problem during delivery).10. Once completed, select the shipping method. 11. Next, click on the policy radio button to make payment.12. Once the policy radio button is tick, the payment options will appear.13. Select your preferred payment method either PAYPAL or SENANGPAY. If you want to pay using credit card, you can use both methods. If you want to pay via your own online banking such as maybank2u or cimbclick, choose SENANGPAY>FPX. 14. Follow the instruction provided by PAYPAL or SENANGPAY to complete your payment.Once done, you will received ORDER notification with an ORDER number. Purchase INVOICE has also emailed to your registered email address.

No, We don't have any minimum order requirement.
You can placed your order anytime. Just inform our customer service at sales@cantikwall.com to delay the delivery to your address with date TBA. Note that we can delay the delivery but we not able to speed up the delivery.
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase AND your order status (as sent to your email) is still on PAYMENT ACCEPTED. If the order already PROCESSED we may not able to entertain any cancellation request.

Yes. You may make the payment using VISA or MASTERCARD via PAYPAL or SENANGPAY.
No you don't. The payment you make is entirely the amount of your purchase. No additional charges will be applied if you pay using credit card. Although both PAYPAL and SENANGPAY do charged cantikwall some percentage on any credit card payment accepted by us.

Delivery will be conducted either by CANTIKWALL's team or via 3rd party such as Pos Laju (Local) or DHL and FEDEX (international)
Depend. Unless otherwise stated, all west Malaysia delivery is FREE while for east Malaysia the shipment is based on weight. Furthermore for international shipment is subject to weight of the parcel and recipient country.
Yes. You are welcome to self pickup your purchase at our address.

Yes. However you must inform us before we arrange for courier to deliver your purchase item.

We only accept return as a result of defect as stated in our terms and conditions. We totally not accept product exchange after purchase.
